About the Role
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping more mortgage adviser firms join the Stonebridge network. Your focus? Delivering high‑quality, conversion‑ready leads to our Recruitment (New Business) team.
This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role where you’ll shape campaigns, improve website conversion, and build repeatable processes that scale. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Recruitment, and external specialists — all while developing a Marketing Executive who reports to you.
