We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing and Content Executive with a business to business marketing background to join Andrew Roberts's brilliant team of marketeers!  We are looking for an experienced, results orientated marketing professional.  Your role will be to further enhance our marketing output and support that of our customers across propositions.  In return, you will receive a starting salary of up to £27,000 plus a generous range of other company benefits.

We provide award-winning support to mortgage brokers in order to help them grow their businesses and meet the regulatory requirements of the FCA. What you’ll do

• Work with the marketing team to develop and produce high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, eBooks, guides, and videos.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging, tone, and style while remaining relevant to our audience.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure content supports lead generation and customer retention.
• Regularly review and update content to ensure it remains current, compliant, and aligned with market trends.
• Track content and use data to drive improvements and actionable recommendations to improve content reach and engagement.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a team player with:

• At least two years B2B marketing experience.
• Proven ability to create compelling and clear content for a defined audience across different platforms
• Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, SEO, social media marketing, and content distribution strategies.
• A flair for generating fresh ideas and innovative content to capture attention in a competitive industry.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Full driving licence and be able and willing to travel as required
• Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening

And, ideally, but not vitally: 

• Experience in the mortgage, protection, or property industry.
